Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Returns made under the GENERIQ 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee will receive a full refund, provided that the bottles are returned sealed, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Eligibility

For an item to qualify for return, it must remain in its original condition, with the bottle closed and the seal intact. An order number or other proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Items purchased at a discounted price will be refunded based on the actual discounted amount paid. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to you within 10 business days.

Return Process

To request a return or replacement, please email us at connect@generiqlabs.com. Our customer care team will assess your request and confirm whether it meets the eligibility requirements. Depending on the circumstances, you may be given the option of receiving either a refund or a replacement.

Once your request has been approved, we will notify you and provide the necessary return instructions.

Returned items must be packed securely to prevent damage while in transit. Please use appropriate protective packaging materials. The return shipping fee will be refunded to the customer.

Safety

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If the product seal is broken, the item is defective or damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately. You must also provide photos and a video showing the package being opened.

Do not consume any product that is damaged, unsealed, or appears to have been tampered with.
