Take 3 capsules once or twice daily, preferably with meals.
BEST TIME TO TAKE
After breakfast or dinner for optimal absorption with food.
TOP 3 BENEFITS
  1. Supports strong bones, joints, and skeletal density
  2. Aids in muscle recovery, contraction, and relaxation
  3. Contributes to immune balance and metabolic regulation
WHAT IT DOES
This mineral triad works together to sustain musculoskeletal health, prevent depletion from physical activity, and maintain electrolyte and enzyme stability for whole-body support.
BIOLOGICAL MECHANISM
Calcium promotes bone matrix mineralization and muscle function. Magnesium acts as a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions, including ATP synthesis and neuromuscular signaling. Zinc regulates immune response and cellular repair.
USE WITH CAUTION OR AVOID IF
  • Diagnosed with kidney disease or impaired calcium metabolism
  • Taking high-dose vitamin D or iron supplements
  • Prone to calcium-oxalate kidney stones
IMMEDIATE RESULTS
May reduce muscle tightness or leg cramps within days of use in individuals with low magnesium or calcium intake.
LONG-TERM RESULTS
Improved bone density, reduced fatigue, and better recovery with consistent use over 4–8 weeks.
WORKS WELL WITH
  • Vitamin D3 – enhances calcium absorption
  • Collagen or protein supplements – supports structural repair
  • Omega-3 – reduces inflammation around joints and tissues
AVOID COMBINING WITH
  • Iron supplements taken at the same time (may reduce absorption)
  • Certain thyroid medications or antibiotics (separate by 4+ hours)
DAILY LIMIT & EFFECTS
Do not exceed 6 capsules per day unless advised. Excessive calcium may cause constipation; high magnesium may cause loose stools.
