Support healthy hemoglobin, oxygen transport, and physical energy with Iron as Ferrous Bisglycinate. This well-tolerated form helps maintain red blood cell production, cognitive clarity, endurance, and iron-dependent energy pathways. A focused daily option for people whose nutritional needs call for dependable iron support.
DOSAGE DETAILS
SERVING SIZE:
1 Capsule
SERVING CONTENT:
Iron | 15mg | 83% DV
(as Ferrous Bisglycinate)
DIRECTIONS:

BEST TIME TO TAKE:
Best taken with a vitamin C-containing meal, away from coffee, tea, calcium, antacids, and competing mineral supplements.
TOP 3 BENEFITS
  • Builds hemoglobin and red blood cells
  • Improves oxygen transport and physical energy
  • Supports cognition, immunity, and mitochondrial function
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
  • Maintains muscle endurance and recovery
  • Drives iron-dependent energy enzymes
  • Supports concentration and mental clarity
  • Promotes healthy hair, skin, and nails
  • Maintains tissue oxygenation and cellular metabolism
NOTE: Covers additional direct benefits of the supplement, along with secondary health effects that may reasonably arise from its primary physiological actions.
WHAT IT DOES
Ferrous bisglycinate supplies iron for hemoglobin, myoglobin, and iron-dependent enzymes. It restores oxygen delivery, red blood cell production, mitochondrial energy metabolism, cognition, immunity, and physical endurance with strong gastrointestinal tolerability.
BIOLOGICAL MECHANISM
Iron is incorporated into heme for hemoglobin and myoglobin, enabling oxygen transport and storage. It also serves as a cofactor in mitochondrial electron transport, DNA synthesis, and enzymes involved in energy and neurotransmitter metabolism.
WORKS WELL WITH
  • Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) – Improves nonheme iron absorption
  • Folic Acid + Vitamin B-12 – Supplies folate and vitamin B12 for red blood cell formation
IMMEDIATE RESULTS
Energy, concentration, and exercise tolerance can begin improving within 1 to 2 weeks when iron status is low.
LONG-TERM RESULTS
Continued use over 4 to 12 weeks rebuilds hemoglobin and iron stores, supporting sustained energy, cognition, immunity, and physical performance.
DAILY LIMIT & EFFECTS
Do not exceed 2 capsules (30mg elemental iron) per day unless advised by a healthcare professional. Higher intake can cause nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, or vomiting. Large overdoses can cause severe gastrointestinal injury and systemic toxicity.
AVOID COMBINING WITH
  • Levothyroxine or levodopa – Separate according to medication instructions because iron can reduce absorption
  • Tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics – Separate according to medication instructions because iron can reduce antibiotic absorption
  • Calcium supplements, antacids, coffee, or tea – Separate from iron by at least 2 hours because iron absorption can be reduced
  • Other iron-containing supplements – Limit combined intake to avoid excessive iron exposure
USE WITH CAUTION OR AVOID IF
  • Hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, or another iron-overload disorder – Supplemental iron can worsen iron accumulation
  • Unexplained anemia or gastrointestinal bleeding – The underlying cause should be identified before iron supplementation
