Give training and recovery routines focused amino acid support with this BCAA 2:1:1 Formula. Leucine, isoleucine, and valine help support muscle protein signaling, exercise fuel, and post-workout recovery. A convenient capsule option for active individuals looking to maintain lean muscle, reduce training fatigue, and stay consistent between demanding sessions.
DOSAGE DETAILS
SERVING SIZE:
2 Capsules
SERVING CONTENT:
2:1:1 BCAA Formula | 1,000mg
L-Leucine | 500mg
L-Isoleucine | 250mg
L-Valine | 250mg
DIRECTIONS:
Take 2 capsules daily with water, before exercise or between meals.
BEST TIME TO TAKE:
Best taken before or after exercise, or between meals, to supply leucine, isoleucine, and valine during training and recovery.
TOP 3 BENEFITS
  • Activates muscle protein synthesis signaling
  • Reduces exercise-related muscle soreness
  • Supports recovery after strenuous training
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
  • Provides amino acid fuel during physical activity
  • Supports maintenance of lean muscle tissue
  • Helps preserve muscle function after hard sessions
  • Contributes to glucose uptake and energy metabolism
  • Supports repeated training performance
NOTE: Covers additional direct benefits of the supplement, along with secondary health effects that may reasonably arise from its primary physiological actions.
WHAT IT DOES
This 2:1:1 BCAA formula supplies leucine, isoleucine, and valine for muscle metabolism and recovery. Leucine activates anabolic signaling, while isoleucine and valine contribute to glucose use and exercise energy.
BIOLOGICAL MECHANISM
Leucine activates mTORC1 signaling to initiate muscle protein synthesis. Isoleucine and valine participate in glucose uptake, tricarboxylic acid cycle metabolism, and energy production, while all three BCAAs are oxidized within working muscle.
WORKS WELL WITH
  • Creatine Monohyrate – Complements amino-acid recovery with phosphocreatine ATP buffering
  • L-Carnitine – Adds fatty-acid transport for endurance and recovery
  • Magnesium 9 Complex – Supports ATP metabolism, muscle contraction, and recovery
  • Tart Cherry – Adds anthocyanin-based post-exercise recovery support
IMMEDIATE RESULTS
Amino acid availability rises after intake and begins supporting muscle recovery immediately, with soreness reduction developing over the next 24 to 48 hours.
LONG-TERM RESULTS
Consistent use around demanding training supports lower post-exercise soreness, better recovery readiness, and maintenance of muscle tissue and performance.
DAILY LIMIT & EFFECTS
Do not exceed 2 capsules (1,000mg BCAA formula) per day unless advised by a healthcare professional. Substantially higher intake can cause nausea, bloating, diarrhea, headache, or fatigue.
AVOID COMBINING WITH
  • Levodopa – Separate use according to medication instructions because branched-chain amino acids can reduce levodopa absorption and brain transport
USE WITH CAUTION OR AVOID IF
  • Maple syrup urine disease or another branched-chain amino acid metabolism disorder – BCAAs cannot be processed normally
  • Medically prescribed protein or amino acid restriction – Additional BCAAs may conflict with the treatment plan
